Amber Portwood: Stealing Back Baby Leah!

Is Teen Mom star Amber Portwood stealing back her baby daughter, Leah? Was her baby ever not with her in actuality? It's all very much unclear, but hey.
If you're OK! Magazine, these details don't get in the way of good copy. The celeb gossip tabloid reports in its new cover story that Amber's hatched a plan.
For the past two weeks, the mag says, every time Leah, saw a young woman with brown hair, she called her "mommy." Amber Portwood? Devastated.

STEALING LEAH: Amber Portwood allegedly is. Or was. It's unclear.

“Leah would look around and say, ‘Amber, Amber, mommy, mommy,’” says Andrew Swan, BFF of the baby’s father, Gary Shirley. “It was breaking my heart.”
Then finally, on October 31, Amber swooped in to reclaim Leah, spending Halloween with her and claiming she'll do what it takes to get her life together.
Despite freaking the f*%k out on occasion, Amber believes she can do a better job than Gary when it comes to raising Leah, a source says. Right.
Anyway, she has Leah back, but can Amber Portwood really change? How long will it be until the next police report? Stay tuned, people. Stay. Tuned.

Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal: Happy, Friendly, Eating Ice Cream!

Friends say Taylor Swift is a lot more serious about her career these days than she is about Jake Gyllenhall.
But that hasn't stopped these two from taking their quasi romance out west.

A week after they were initially spotted around New York City, Swift and Gyllenhaal spent Halloween weekend in California. Late on Monday, witnesses saw the pair stop for an ice cream at a shop in Santa Barbara.
"They looked at all the flavors and couldn't decide, so they asked the counter girls for help," a staffer told Us Weekly of the duo, who were described as "happy" and "friendly."
The celebs' ice cream choices? Drum roll, please... Swiss chocolate chip for Jake and yogurt with rainbow sprinkles for Taylor. Gyllenhaal paid for both.
Onlookers also say the pair posed happily for photos in the parking lot and "smiled a ton." Swift does have one million reasons to be pleased, too: her new album has already sold that many copies.

President George W. Bush endured a lot of criticism in his day, but he says that when he heard Kanye West accusing him of not caring about black people after Hurricane Katrina, "it was one of the most disgusting moments in my Presidency.”
It was a pretty harsh line. True? That's up for debate.

Bush taped an interview with Matt Lauer that will air on a special prime time Matt Lauer Reports on NBC November 8. It’s to promote his new book, Decision Points.
We're curious to see what his ghostwriter has to say.
The subjects of the interview were wide-ranging, but the former President was very passionate on the subject of West’s criticism of the way Bush handled the Katrina aftermath, according to quotes from the interview NBC released.
“He called me a racist,” Bush tells Lauer. “I didn’t appreciate it then. I don’t appreciate it now. It’s one thing to say, ‘I don’t appreciate the way he’s handled his business.’ It’s another thing to say, ‘This man’s a racist.’ I resent it, it’s not true.”
Kanye made news for being outspoken long before he hijacked Taylor Swift's speech at the MTV VMAs. But who knew that one line ate at the Prez so badly.
Lauer quotes from Bush’s book: “Five years later I can barely write those words without feeling disgust.” Lauer adds, “You go on: ‘I faced a lot of criticism as President. I didn’t like hearing people claim that I lied about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction or cut taxes to benefit the rich. But the suggestion that I'm racist because of the response to Katrina represented an all-time low.’

Bush responds: “Yeah. I still feel that way as you read those words. I felt ‘em when I heard ‘em, felt ‘em when I wrote ‘em and I felt ‘em when I’m listening to ‘em.
Lauer: “You told Laura at the time it was the worst moment of your Presidency?”
Bush: “Yes. My record was strong I felt when it came to race relations and giving people a chance. And it was a disgusting moment.”
Lauer: “I wonder if some people are going to read that, now that you’ve written it, and they might give you some heat for that. And the reason is this — “
Bush: [interrupting] “Don’t care.”
Lauer: “Well, here’s the reason. You’re not saying that the worst moment in your Presidency was the misery in Louisiana. It was when someone insulted you because of that.”
Bush: “No, and I also make it very clear that the misery in Louisiana affected me deeply as well. There’s a lot of tough moments in the book. And it was a disgusting moment, pure and simple.”

Andy Irons Passes Away at 32

With his first child due next month, surfing legend Andy Irons was found dead in a Dallas hotel room yesterday morning. He was 32.
The three-time world champion was scheduled to return home to Hawaii, but reportedly felt sick and booked the room in Texas for a night. An employee found him in bed around 10 a.m. local time.

While an official cause of death has not been determined, the surfer's family released a statement saying, "[Andy] had reportedly been battling with dengue fever, a viral disease."

Meanwhile, a quantity of methadone, along with other medication, was found on a bedside table in Irons' hotel room, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.

Rumors of drug use have often surrounded the athlete, but surfing writer Nick Carroll says he doubted any foreign substances played a role in his death.

"Andy, at times during his life, was an energetic party boy, but he really seemed to have shrugged that off in the last year or two," Carroll said. "His wife was pregnant with their first child and she's about a month from delivery."

How Did Charlie Sheen Betray Brooke Mueller?

This headline seems like a silly question, doesn't it?
After all, Charlie Sheen allegedly held a knife to Brooke Mueller's throat on Christmas Day; shacked up with a model soon afterward; and, most recently, went on a cocaine-fueled rampage in a NYC restaurant and hotel with porn star Capri Anderson.
But Mueller's lawyer, Sorrell Trope, actually cites a different reason for how Sheen "humiliated" Brooke on Monday.

As previously reported, the couple signed off on a divorce document this week that they first agreed to back in May.

Trope tells TMZ the two sides were meant to wait a year before officially splitting, as such an agreement was made because his client "didn't want to make trouble for Charlie" while he was facing assault charges.

Mueller was reportedly "blindsided" by Sheen's decision to file now and considers it a slap in the face because she remained supportive of him during last week's shenanigans.

Responds Mark Burg, Sheen's manager: "Charlie tried to reach out to Brooke and left her a message before filing for divorce. It's a shame that this ambulance chaser is trying to drum up more business because this divorce was finalized and agreed upon 6 months ago.

"Shouldn't everyone involved be more concerned about the two young children?"

Good point, Mark. We assume you're referring to Sheen as one of these children, right? Who is the second one?

Just when you think Randy and Evi Quaid can't get crazier ...
In what may end up being a very costly move, the fugitive couple once again didn't appear in court, this time for their felony vandalism arraignment Tuesday in Santa Barbara, Calif. Evi's bail amount of $500,000 was forfeited as a result.
A new bench warrant has been issued for Evi Quaid. Sigh ...

Randy and Evi Quaid insist they are not crazy.

Evi, whose probation had been revoked for her previous hotel bill fraud case, is expected to face jail time. If she ever sets foot back in the U.S., that is.
Both the Quaids accused of squatting in and causing damage to a Montecito, Calif., home they used to own. A realtor found them crashing there. Hilarious.
They are currently seeking refugee status in Canada.
Randy's $500,000 bail remains in place, because the Quaids' attorney told the judge he is required to stay in Canada until an immigration hearing there Nov. 8.
A warrant for Randy was also issued Tuesday, but held on condition he shows for the couple's next hearing, which has been scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 16.
We'd say it's even money they don't show.
The pair claims they are running for their lives from estate planners and businessmen in Hollywood called "star whackers" who seek to have celebrities killed.
They recently discussed this theory on Good Morning America, insinuating that the "whackers" offed Heath Ledger and that Britney Spears could be next.
Not sure if a whole team of psychiatrists could handle these two.

As we've talked about, Oprah Winfrey is airing an interview with Michael Jackson's parents and children Monday, but not every family member is happy about it.
Michael's brother, Randy Jackson, has long resented O for doing a show on pedophilia during the jury deliberations of MJ's molestation trial. Just a coincidence?
Maybe, maybe not. But next week, once again, her interview with MJ's kids will be immediately preceded by ... a special on child molestation. Makes you think.

Oprah sits down with the Jacksons. And some creepy old guy.

Oprah's sit-down with MJ's kids - Prince, Paris, and Blanket - is scheduled for Monday. The episode before? "200 Adult Men Who Were Molested Come Forward."
A rep for Oprah's production company denies this, telling TMZ that "There is no connection whatsoever between the two shows. This is purely coincidental."
They could switch it if that were true, though. Just saying. Why not air it some other time just to quiet the speculation that you're trying to send a message?

Rick Fox Eliminated on Dancing With the Stars

Last week's shocking elimination of Audrina Patridge on Dancing With the Stars certainly proved that anyone's fair game, but still, we didn't see this one coming.
Rick Fox is out the door now.
Despite earning personal-best scores this season and tying for the highest totals overall for his individual routine, the NBA star will be watching from the bench.

Cheryl and Rick are out the door somehow. Go figure.

Despite besting Kyle Massey, Kurt Warner and Bristol Palin, who doesn't even want to be there anymore, Rick apparently didn't do it for voters. Pretty shocking.
Too bad, because like Audrina, he's actually one of the better dancers this season. He's decent, works very hard, made strides and was genuinely fun to watch.
"It's been amazing. It's been a transformational journey for my relationship with my girlfriend and with my daughters," said Rick, who's now with Eliza Dushku.
Not sure we would have been so diplomatic.
How is Bristol Palin still around? Is there a conspiracy in play? Was it a GOP wave that swept Democrats out of the House this election night? A backlash among Laker fans after Fox showed up in his Celtic-green giant outfit (he played for both)?
We may never know.

We'll miss you, Jolly Green Giant.

All we do know is that scores and performances evidently mean nothing, otherwise Bristol the Pistol would likely be on a plane to Wasilla right about now.

She probably wishes she were, that's the irony. Maybe this is reverse psychological punishment for her half-assed efforts of late. You're STAYING!

We're kidding, mostly. But you do have to wonder what viewers are thinking with these past two eliminations. They both should still be here with us. Alas.

Miley Cyrus to Go So Undercover for Next Movie

When it comes to her parents' divorce, Miley Cyrus "is not taking any sides," a source says. "She's trying to keep everything private while her family works through this."
Fortunately, the actress now has something else to focus her attention on anyway: a new movie role. She'll play the lead in So Undercover, an action comedy that finds her private investigator character hired by the FBI to infiltrate a college sorority.
Perhaps Miley can research this role by digging up information on whether or not her mom really did bone Bret Michaels or not.

Shooting on this movie will begin next month.

Meanwhile, Miley will next be seen on the big screen in LOL: Laughing Out Loud. She plays a troubled teen opposite Demi Moore and Ashley Greene.

New Britney Spears Album: Coming in Early 2011

Pop star Britney Spears will release her newest album in early 2011, according to one of her producers, Dr. Luke. It will be her seventh studio effort in all.
Although her record company has not yet commented, Luke told The Hollywood Reporter that fans should expect the album to hit shelves early next year.
"She's an icon, I don't want to let anyone down. I'm excited to be co-executive producing with Max Martin, who kind of invented Britney," the doctor said.

Rumor has it Britney Spears' new album is just months away!

"She's such an amazing vehicle to getting that music out to a lot of people in every country," added Luke, who promises this will be "really good music."
Spears, who is battling a lawsuit from Fernando Flores, has to date sold over 100 million records, and her last album, Circus sold over 3.5 million copies.
Despite a turbulent last couple of years, few artists of any era or genre can match that figure. No wonder Glee did a tribute episode in her honor.

Tabloid Bombshell: Bret Michaels Slept with Tish Cyrus!

Us Weekly drops a bombshell in its latest issue: the parents of Miley Cyrus got divorced because Tish Cyrus had an affair - with Bret Michaels!
Sources tell the tabloid that the rocker "got close to the entire family" in February, around the time he and Miley recorded their racy duet, "Nothing to Lose."

Tish, who serves as Miley's manager, was spotted at the Michaels' February 28 concert in Los Angeles, adds an insider, who says: "Billy Ray was completely unaware of what was going on."
Eventually, the country singer reportedly found out and filed for divorce from his wife of 17 years. He is seeking joint custody of their three children.
Reps for both Michaels and Tish deny this story, but Us Weekly stands by its family source, concluding: "It was a professional relationship that turned into something more."
** UPDATE: Star Magazine has also jumped on the Bret and Tish bandwagon.
Its latest edition quotes friends who say Tish went all out to get the rocker's attention. She “would always show up to the studio in tight jeans and revealing T-shirts and flirt shamelessly with Bret," an insider says, claiming that Billy Ray was “ashamed of Tish’s behavior and wants out of this mess."

Alright, alright, alright, alright... Matthew McConaughey turns 41 today.
The actor hasn't anchored a film since last year's (awful) Ghosts of Girlfriends Past, but he has a very good excuse for taking a slight breaking from Hollywood. Two good excuses, actually, one named Vida and the other named Levi.
Indeed, the hunk became a father for the second time in January and has been spotted around Los Angeles playing the role of father these days. We've included a shot of him doing just that below, but don't worry, ladies.

Bristol Palin Forgets to Vote, Wants Mom to Run

Making it to the final five on Dancing With the Stars is hard work. So hard that Bristol Palin admitted she didn't vote in this week's midterm elections.
"I did not send in my absentee ballots to Alaska," the daughter of Sarah Palin confessed in an interview. "I'm going to be in trouble. Sorry, mom!"
Too bad for mom, since Palin-backed Tea Party favorite Joe Miller needs every vote he can get in a tooth-and-nail battle for U.S. Senate. Oops.

BRISTOL THE PISTOL: Hey, give the younger Palin a break. Votin', schmotin'. She's workin' hard out there on the dance floor, all so she can support her kid.

We're guessing she'd remember to vote in 2012.
Asked if her she wants her mom to make a run for the White House, Bristol Palin said, "Of course. I know she is great, and she is great for our country."

Cops Subpoena Teen Mom, Amber Portwood Footage

Amber Portwood is a teen mom. On a reality show by that name. She has a bit of an anger management problem. All this is now common knowledge.
The police want to see just how bad it is, though.
Officials in Anderson, Ind., plan to subpoena MTV for the unedited footage of the decidedly one-sided fight between Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley.

A typical morning in the Portwood-Shirley household.

"We're looking for any behavior that would be considered to be unlawful where the law is broken," Anderson PD spokesman Mitch Carroll told E! News.
"From what we have seen so far from the allegations, and we have to bear in mind that we're dealing with edited footage, it could be something as simple as misdemeanor domestic violence battery - a Class A misdemeanor."
That wouldn't be so problematic. However ...
"However, if it is in fact found to have occurred in the presence of a child less than 14 years of age it could be upgraded to a Class D felony."
Pretty sure baby Leah was present for this, and other meltdowns.
In any case, both Portwood and Shirley have fully cooperated with the police and both even came in last month to provide them with statements.
But while they came in together to deal with police, it's probably the last trip they'll make in tandem. According to her dad, Shawn Portwood, they split.
That would explain Gary Shirley creepin' on randoms at the club.
"They don't belong together," he said. "They just don't mix. There's not enough there. They separated. She's moving on." Well, for this week anyway.

Kanye West Can Relate to George W. Bush

Kanye West has responded to George W. Bush’s recent statement regarding his controversial post-Hurricane Katrina remarks, and oddly feels he can relate.
Say what now?
Five years later, Kanye says he can "connect" with W and can sympathize much more with the former President he once said “doesn’t care about black people.”

Kanye actually feels sympathy for G-Dubs now.

Bush recently told Matt Lauer that hearing Kanye say that during a Hurricane Katrina telethon was “a disgusting moment,” perhaps the worst of his presidency.
A Houston radio station asked West for his thoughts on this, and the response he gave was gracious, to say the least ... albeit a bit of a stretch, logically.
“I definitely can understand the way he feels, to be accused of being a racist in any way, because the same thing happened to me, where I got accused of being a racist,” West said, referring to the aftermath of his run-in with Taylor Swift.
“For both situations, it was basically a lack of compassion that America felt in that situation. With him, it was a lack of compassion of him not rushing, him not taking the time to rush down to New Orleans. For me, it was a lack of compassion of cutting someone off in their moment."
"I think we’re all quick to pull a race card in America."
"Now I’m more open, and the poetic justice that I feel, to have went through the same thing, and now I really connect with him on a humanitarian level.”
Did anyone think Kanye's hijacking of Taylor Swift's speech was racially motivated? We just felt it was jackass-motivated, but maybe we're just idealists.
Either way, he was certainly humble and took ownership of remarks he probably wouldn't make if he had it to do over again, which we greatly respect.

Two and a Half Men Crew to Charlie Sheen: Welcome Back!

Charlie Sheen returned to being unfunny on Two and a Half Men this week, and on-set sources said little in the atmosphere was different, despite Sheen's rough night out in NYC a few days ago.
"At first it was kind of awkward because of all the press stuff we’d heard,” a crew member said. “But Charlie just chatted with us and said he was sorry about everything that’s happened and that it wasn’t going to affect us on set... and it honestly hasn’t.”
It hasn't affected viewers, either. They may rail against Tiger Woods and think Jon Gosselin is a dog - but ratings were up 7% for the first episode of this sitcom following Sheen's most recent rampage.

Wine and women? The writers at Two and a Half Men know how to give Charlie Sheen material to which he can relate.

While the actor is clearly a menace when it comes to his personal life, he's able to leave those problems at home (or in a restaurant, or in a hotel room) when work beckons. Another staffer backs that up:

“We’re really happy to be back on set. We love Charlie. That dude is the nicest guy. Seriously, he’s the best to work with.”

Lil Wayne: Out of Jail, Ready For Strip Clubs

Troubled rapper Lil Wayne is set to walk out of New York City's infamous Rikers Island prison this morning after serving an eight months on a weapons charge.
As soon as Weezy's free, his friends are reportedly planning an "extravagant, elegant" evening of celebration, boozing and strippers to welcome him home.

TRIUMPHANT: Lil Wayne is out of jail and back on the streets. Run.

The platinum-selling, billboard topping star pleaded guilty in 2009 to having a loaded gun on his tour bus. He started serving a one-year sentence in March.
He's expected to get out early due to time off for good behavior, despite "electronic contraband" that landed him in solitary confinement for the last month.
In an interview with MTV, Young Money records president Mack Maine said a party is being planned in Miami to help him readjust to life on the outside.
"It should be a lot of beautiful women, just ... beautiful scenery. We're going to just treat him like a king, like the royalty that he is and make him feel like we really missed him and welcome him back to the family," Maine told MTV.
The record label boss, who is also a close personal friend of Lil Wayne, said after a private party, the entourage would move over to a strip club called King of Diamonds in Florida's party capital. Readjusting to normal life? Done and done.
Lil Wayne joined a roster of successful rappers who have spent time behind bars, a list that has muddied the line between art and life in their genre.
Tupac Shakur, Lil' Kim, Foxy Brown, Shyne, Mystikal, Gucci Mane and T.I. have been incarcerated for periods ranging from months to years.

Matt Hughes, who battled severe depression his entire life, died of complications from a reported suicide attempt, leaving behind a wife and two young sons.
Hughes, who joined Storm Chasers in 2009, passed away this past May. He was only 30. No additional motive or details of his tragic death have been published.
Wednesday’s night episode of Storm Chasers paid tribute to Matt in an episode named “Dedication.” It was a fitting title for a man who will be greatly missed.

A trip to a Taco Bell turned into a Taco Hell of sorts for the lyin' Hawaiian and Ellen Ross after the Pennsylvania couple was recognized at the drive-thru.
Ross, his girlfriend since the spring, was so pissed at their treatment by the Lemoyne, Pa., restaurant's employees that she lodged an official complaint.

She demanded that one of the employees concerned – “the one with the wrap around her head” – be fired. Like we said ... so it goes in the life of Jon.
On October 18, a server tried to gets some Jon Gosselin pictures with a cell phone, causing the increasingly publicity shy pair to become outraged.
They were apparently laughed at, openly mocked, ogled and harassed by the staff. Maybe Ellen Ross will reflect on this in her new advice column ...
Ross' complaint reads as such: "My boyfriend (Jon Gosselin from the reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8) and I came through to purchase dinner."

On attending a football game with Jaden and Will Smith and Selena Gomez: "It was weird. No one bothered me at all. We were at a high school game and [Selena] came too. It was the weirdest thing. She's sweet. She's a sweetheart."

On bullying: "If you are a bystander you definitely should help out because it could be you next. Everybody goes through bullying. Everybody has, even me.

"On my Youtube page there are so many haters. They just say crazy stuff. Like, I'm not mad. I'm 16 years old and I don't have chest hair and I'm not angry about it at the moment. That will come. People are like, 'Look at him he puts helium in his voice before he sings.' You just have to laugh at yourself. It's funny."

Get ready for the biggest show under the big top EVER. Well, that or pretty darn close to it. Cirque du Soleil is joining forces with Michael Jackson's music.
Beginning next fall, the world tour will kick off in Canada, working its way to the U.S. and finding a permanent home at Vegas' MGM Mirage hotel in 2012.

This project - unlike some others, notably those new Michael Jackson songs family members say are fake - got the thumbs up from his mom, Katherine Jackson.

Financial considerations couldn't have hurt. The partnership between the MJ Estate and Cirque ensure each will share 50 percent of the profits. A lot of profits.

The music icon passed away in 2009, but his legacy lives on ... lucratively. The star's three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, can thank his executors for that.

It's no Amber Portwood stealing baby Leah, but Teen Mom co-star Farrah Abraham has been in a battle of her own with people trying to take her daughter.
Stormie Clark, the mother of Farrah’s late baby daddy Derek Underwood, had been seeking “grandparent’s rights” in Pottawattamie County (Iowa) Court.
A judge denied her request, keeping Sophia in Farrah's custody. But it was too close for comfort for a young single mom already battling against all odds.

In order for a judge to have approved this request for visitation, Stormie would have needed to prove she has a pre-existing relationship with baby Sophia.
She does not. If Farrah Abraham were unfit to decide who Sophia should or shouldn’t be around, that would have been grounds as well. Also not the case.
Again, it's no Amber beating up Gary Shirley and getting the cops called, but Farrah’s relationship with Derek’s family is still messy. Keep on keepin' on girl.

I was bullied in middle school. People say sticks and stones may break your bones but names can never hurt you, but that's not true. Words can hurt. They hurt me. Things were said to me that I still haven't forgotten.
So wrote Demi Lovato on the PACER's Teens Against Bullying website last month. This letter is even more relevant now, as the young singer left her tour this week in order to seek treatment for issues related to low self-esteem.
What led Lovato to this point? While a few fans take the simplistic approach of blaming Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene, the truth is more complicated and deep-seated. It all culminated in an ugly incident an an airport in Peru on Saturday.

Rumors of Demi cutting herself started well over a year ago, as she showed up at a couple red carpet events with scratches on her arm. Sources say the artist struggled with bulimia for years, leaving her in an insecure state when the romance between her and Jonas ended.

"After she split with Joe, it was just a whole bunch of drama, very awkward," an insider tells E! News. "Everyone tried to be professional, but you could tell it was wearing down Demi. It was a taboo subject to bring up, but clearly she wasn't over Joe.

"The [Jonas] boys got a break after the tour, but Demi went a nonstop promo campaign for Camp Rock 2 and was pushing the single for that movie. It really was too much ask of a girl that young. She just couldn't handle it."

This source cites overwhelming stress as the cause for Demi's breakdown, which led her into a scuffle with a backup dancer in Peru over the weekend.

"She just lost it right at the airport in front of everyone," said the source. "The [Jonases'] dad basically said right there, 'That's it. You're going home.'"

It's sad stuff, but let's all hope it's for the best. Such an incident served as the catalyst for Demi to realize she has a problem and she's now taking the proper steps to get help for it.

“He doesn’t give a [expletive] about (fame)” Snooki reportedly stated last week at her Halloween party in Vegas. Hey, that would be a first. Snooki Tweeted today: “My boyfriend is amazing!! Miss you Jionni :)” All together now: Aww.

Matthew Rutler: A Risky Rebound for Christina Aguilera?

Christina Aguilera has rebounded quickly from her recent divorce.
The singer has been spotted out with Matthew Rutler, a production assistant and a guitarist in the Nate Mott Band. The two met on the set of Burlesque in February and quickly bonded - much to the chagrin of friends.
“Christina is completely taken with Matthew," a source tells Star. "But he’s a wild rocker type with a reputation as a ladies’ man."

An insider says Rutler is in "heaven" because he's dating a celebrity.

“He networks like crazy with all the big names she introduces him to. He’s a major operator. And everything is on her dime, because he’s broke. Matt used to live in a crummy apartment with roommates; now he’s at her Beverly Hills mansion every night."

Michael Brea Admits to Killing "Demon" Inside Mother, Provides Chilling Details of Crime

Actor Michael Brea gave a chilling interview to The New York Daily News today.
The small-time thespian, who was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly killing his mother with a three-foot sword, opened up to the newspaper and said "I didn't kill her. I killed the demon inside her."

Before ending the life of 55-year old Yannick Brea, Michael said a number of visions gave him no choice.
"I was sleeping in my bedroom. God came above my bed and reached his arm to me. I said, 'God, is my time on earth over?' I heard a voice say, 'Yes Michael, today is your last day.'"
The actor also said a man put a curse on him at Prince Hall Masonic Temple in Harlem and that strangers came up to him on a subway ride to Brooklyn:
"I felt like Neo from The Matrix. I began hearing voices and feeling powerful. They were asking about the difference between mom and mother. It was a sign."
Brea went on to detail Tuesday evening: he arrived home in Prospect Heights and hugged his mom because "I knew I would never see her again." He subsequently entered his bedroom and lit candles before putting a dagger and a ceremonial Freemason sword by his side.
When he went into the kitchen, he claims Yannick "had the voice of the demon. I opened the door with the dagger at my side and the sword. I asked, 'Do you believe in God?' She said, 'No, Michael no,' and began screaming. I began slashing her like this," the actor outlined, while slamming his right hand down in a violent hacking motion.
"I didn't want to kill her right away," he said. "I wanted to give her time to get right with God... I just kept cutting her. No one could stop me. I was doing the work of God."
When police arrived on the scene, there was blood everywhere and Yannick was on her knees in the bathroom. Brea stood with the sword in one hand and Masonic Bible in the other.
He says he has no remorse over the crime.

In the wake of two of her children getting expelled from school, Kate Gosselin went on record, discussing the situation personally for the first time with ET.
Asked if Collin and Alexis Gosselin were in fact expelled, she said, "Two of my kids, no, are being tutored at home, with a teacher who is working closely with our kindergarten teachers in school, doing the identical curriculum."
So basically ... they were kicked out.

Kate says life in the spotlight is hard for the kids.

The-recently divorced reality star says that, "All the pressure was getting to them," explaining, "You have a lot of the divorce anger mixed in with that."
"The goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible," she adds.
But will their deep-rooted rage issues and bullying tendencies subside?
Kate also discussed the rumor that her upcoming TLC show, Twist of Kate, had been canceled. Kate says that no, "We're sort of still trying to shape it [into] what it needs, what is going to be fun. So no, it's not canceled."
Fortunately for the kids, Thanksgiving came and went without incident.
"We were able to work out the holiday time peacefully," she said of splitting time with her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin. "So I had the first half, he had the second half, and, we just take it year by year, and holiday by holiday."
Kate and the kids appear on a Kate Plus Eight special Sunday on TLC.

Heidi Montag, who infamously underwent more than 10 operations in one day, is now sharing the painful memories and emotions of a journey for perfection.
In an ABC Primetime Special titled "Celebrity Plastic Surgery Gone Too Far?" airing last week, the plastic princess said she felt she would "die out of pain!"
"I thought that first night that I came out of the hospital I was going to die out of pain," Heidi Montag recalls now. "I looked like I was hit by a truck."

"I do not feel like I was prepared enough for this," Montag said. "How can you know when your doctor says it's just a little this, it's just a little that."
"It really becomes a lot. Doctors should walk you through all aspects of it not just the glamorous side of it," she says, with serious buyer's remorse.
A friend of Ryan's says that contrarily, she was not only taking her obsession with plastic surgery way too far, she was obsessed with him personally.
She also wanted him to make her a human Barbie doll.
"He sent texts and emails saying she wanted to be Barbie, to look exactly like Barbie," a friend said, adding that Ryan tried to talk her OUT of it.
