We learned that Nicole Kidman's newest place is almost identical, since it's filled with large glass windows and tasteful wood/metal details. It's not the coziest place I've seen, but at least Nicole's sticking to her taste. Perhaps she's trying to offset all the country goodness at her Tennessee farmhouse?
Nicole's renting one of the penthouses for $45,000 per month instead of selling because she's not interested in losing bundles in the current real estate market. Smart cookie--but it's crazy how much people pay for rent when they reach this level of fame and/or wealth!

Nicole Kidman's apartment rental also confirms the depth of Heidi and Spencer's craziness: they were spending $35,000 per month on their own place in California when The Hills was going on.
What do you think about Nicole Kidman's apartments? I think they look like they're not child-friendly, and they don't look very inviting. They could be good places to entertain, but I'm not wild about them. Then again, I have a bizarre taste in property. One of my favorite (realistically obtainable) apartments in the movies is Starsky's, from Starsky and Hutch with Ben Stilller. I know. To my defense, the apartment is beachside.
